Had to stop for the night because of a flat tire. Front desk clerk was super helpful. This is an older hotel but they have done their best in keeping it clean and fresh. Rooms have terrific room darkening window treatments. They had a limited Continental breakfast but it was enough. Overall a pleasant experience

This is a clean and safe place with good reception (people) and amenities that are available. Not on the list, available. And work ! This is my 4th Days Inn this week and this is by far best and best overall hotel I think I ever spent in. Really. Even the two cleaning ladies were sweet and friendly, will definitely come again when near. Thank you.

Upon arrival, the hotel rooms look nothing like you would think they would on the inside...very nice and newly renovated! However, there were bugs that we saw crawling near the TV and in and out of the microwave. Yikes!

I am surprised by the good comments listed for this place. I do not believe that this is a horrible place, but customer service makes it less desirable and disappointing. Choosing a place to stay while on vacation should be fun because you think the motels or hotels honor their words of providing a safe, clean, comfortable place to stay and enjoy. Unfortunately, that is not the case here! What do you say when a customer who feels offended and ignored asks for the things represented and paid for (cleanliness, safety, and comfort)? Well, I tell you what I would say as the manager or leader. First, I would offer apologies for the broken trust. Then, I would offer better accommodations, if possible. Finally, I would offer a refund. My entire idea is to make sure to provide EXCELLENT customer service. If I, as the customer, complains of roaches in my room, believe that is a major problem for me! If you are providing the basic level of cleanliness and maintenance, spraying for roaches would be at the top of the list. Even though having roaches in my room would cause me to probably NEVER return, customer service will solidify that decision or change my mind. In this case, customer service by management was DEPLORABLE! If there is nothing you can offer to accommodate the customer any further, then return the money and bid them ‘good-bye’. Remember, customer service is the foundation of a successful business. Mr. Manager, don’t be the cause of this business going under. Listen to your customers and do your best to accommodate them fairly. People, PLEASE take note of this infraction and take a can of RAID when you visit!n- Disappointed customer

We checked in after midnight and the night desk clerk was very nice. The room was clean. The water pressure in the shower was unbelieveable! They had a nice conteninal breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.
