Love this place.. Great people..
I tried to pick up a Uhaul here and nobody was at the desk. I called the # that was on the desk and nobody answered. I ended up having to drive 30 mins to Griffin to pick up a Uhaul. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Ugg. I will admit I did not even look at a room. I came to rent a Uhaul - no one at the front desk. Called the number on the note and no answer. Waited - called again and the operator said - the guy to rent the Uhaul is gone - Hmmm... 30 minutes early for a reservation. Anyway - in my extended stay in the lobby I noticed the health and safety report was an 82 - down from 87. The strongest issue on the report I could see was MOLD. Ceiling at entry is full of holes/falling in, rugs and furniture soiled and torn. Uhaul blankets for window shades - or just torn and missing window shades. I usually only report my great experiences - this was so bad I felt a duty to warn you.
Clean room and good tv.
