Perimeter Roofing was willing to work with my insurance company to replace the roof, where other roofers said it wasn't damaged and just gave a quote. Renee made the whole process easy and painless. Not only facilitated getting an insurance refund for the roof repair, but minor interior damage from roof leaks. Quality job done at a fair price and immediately followed up on a minor cleanup issue. Highly recommended.
As a Realtor I often call on Scott to perform roof inspections for homes that I have under contract or I am getting ready to list. It’s important that these inspections are done within a few days. Scott has always been able to get these very quickly. When he finds repairs that need to be made, he has done an excellent job getting back to the house to get them completed , also within a short period of time. The guys at Perimeter are top notch from first call to scheduling an inspection quickly and being thorough in explanation of what was going on and what is needed. They also explained the process thoroughly so we understood. They communicated with the insurance company for us and everything! After the installation of our new roof, the part we were most worried about was the cleanup because of our small children, but we inspected the yard thoroughly as well after and their crew did an outstanding job with the cleanup because we haven’t found anything in our yard! Grade A!!
Starting with the Sales Reps, Micah and Tiffany, the Estimator, the Installers, and finishing with final inspection by Micah and Tiffany, the entire experience was top of the line! The roof looks so good there have been 2 estimates in the neighborhood from the yard sign and the quality workmanship on our roof. Awesome company to work with. Highly recommend them!
I had interaction with Jay, Chad and Pearl. I felt the warmth and professionalism of all three from start to finish. Jay made the sales pitch. Pearl took care of the wrap up. Chad was thorough through out the process.The crew that did the install was top notch. My wife and I are very pleased with the finished product.. Yes, a job well done!
