What a great experience. Generally speaking, you’re lucky just to get a local contractor to show up or return a call. Angel and his team were very responsive, quick, did fantastic work, and were on time every single day. We have an older home that holds many surprises and they dealt with them with the utmost professionalism. We will use them again and again.
Working with Southern Tek Renovations was easy and stress-free. Our project manager, Curran O'Brien, is not the typical salesperson. He has a wonderful calm spirit; he was transparent, responsive, punctual, and very professional from start to finish. Curran is a great asset to Southern Tek Renovations. My husband and I had the opportunity to inspect shingle samples to help determine the best color match for our house. Our roof was completed according to the promised schedule, and the roofing crew cleaned up thoroughly upon completion. From start to finish, and beyond. Erick Coto was amazing!! We are overly picky electrical contractors ourselves, so to find someone that we trust to do anything on our home, is a feat. Erick found us as he was visiting another customer, he noticed the damage on our roof and decided to stop, so glad he did!nHe discussed options with us and made certain we understood the process and always communicated the next steps. They recently replaced my roof. Erick Coto was great! They came by and did a free inspection and even helped with the my insurance company and the adjusters. The installation was quick and professional. Will definitely use them again
