Nice for one night. Carpets need shampooed. Odd oddor on 3rd floor. Clean beds. Worst pillows (opinion, of course!) Overall, middle of the road.
This was my first time traveling during the pandemic. I was pleased that the safety protocol was followed. Since breakfast wasn't served, breakfast bags were available. Nice touch. My remote control didn't work in my room but overall I was ok with my stay.
Hotel was nice very well located to shops and mall. Has fitness facility.
On March 13 2021 I canceled the reservation at the front desk which the clerk told me the manager wasn’t available and I would have to get back in touch with him in regards to my refund. I was told the manager would be in the next morning and when I came by the next morning of course the manager was still not available. The person at the front desk told me that she would pass the info to the manager and that the manager Shawn would have to look into it and make the decision. I gave the manager time to make that decision and waited for a call. I never got a call and still haven’t gotten my refund. The customer service at this location is very BAD!!!
The room was neat and clean. The only problem, the hotel was not able to provide additional towels upon request.
