Great customer service. The Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Made my stay feel like I was home. Exceptional customer service. Can't wait to go back.
Room clean, wasn't able to use amenities because of our late arrival and early appointment. Vending machine did not have much to offer. But pleasurable stay anyway.

Great stay! Provided masks and sanitizer in the room. Added a ton of sanitizing stations in the casino/hotel! Easy check in and fast check out
The front desk personell was kind and I didn't have any problems with checking in.nnThe room I stayed in was very clean and spotless. It has a jacuzzi tub handicapped accessories which was fantastic but the stopper doesn't work so I had to stand on it for the water to fill and then place my heel on the stopper when I sat in the tub however out of all the attempts I tried to enjoy this jacuzzi, all systems failed as water wasn't being retained. The TV worked for only 1 channel, I guess because of the pandemic. I did bring my brand new laptop to use however I couldn't gain access to the internet, I think because I have a high security system, it's McAfee,... so I wasted time trying to log in and never could. So with no internet for my laptop and only one channel on the TV, it appears that I'm up the creek without a paddle.
