EXOVATIONS

We had a challenging double deck, enclosed porch renovation on a (truly death-defying) slope in the back of our house that two other companies had wholeheartedly rejected even estimating after one look because it was complicated. Not EXOVATIONS. It took them a couple of days to figure out HOW and not IF they could.nnWe were so impressed with their determination and process on the deck using our architect's drawings and their adjustments, we had them estimate siding and painting the entire house (and it turns out, repairs under the old siding).nnThey were extremely organized with time and the schedule and they are putting the finishing touches on the exterior as I type this... just EIGHT weeks, which is impressive for the amount of work they completed.nnDid we go over budget? Yes, but it wasn't their fault. There were other repairs that needed to be made to no fault of their own and items they couldn't have known about during estimating the projects.nnOur Project Manager, Wes Peavy, stayed in touch daily - sometimes a few times a day - with what was going on. Wes was great to work with and handled the issues that come along with a project like this, and issues we threw at him (you know how homeowners under renovation can be) like a pro. It was like working with a friend.nnI feel sure our deck project will end up being the BEFORE and AFTER pictures they use to sell hard projects, as they should.nnI obviously recommend them, especially for time-sensitive and especially challenging projects (although I am sure they would be happy to take easier ones too!).

We had a picture window and 2 large quarter round windows replaced by EXOVATIONS. Dennis and his team (Will and Brian) were very professional and completed the job skillfully and efficiently. Dennis was also very responsive when we had questions or concerns. Rarely do I find a company that shows up when they say they are going to and completes the job with quality materials for the agreed-upon price. We love our new windows, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

I recently purchased a brick home built in 1955 which still had the original wooden windows. While I loved the look, I did not love how drafty single-pane windows could be. I reached out to Chris Campbell at EXOVATIONS about my options. He was prompt, professional, and honest. He could have tried a hard sell on having to replace the full window but instead, recommended a sash kit replacement option that was well within my budget. Working with him and the sales team, I was able to pick the window look and features I wanted without feeling the pressure to do more, bigger, shinier, etc. On the day of installation, the team was on time and worked diligently until the job was completed. There was a small hiccup as the distributor sent one window in the wrong size but the installation team worked with Chris, the project manager, to find an almost instantaneous solution and kept me updated throughout the entire process. In one day they replaces all 15 of my windows, including a large picture window, with new, double-panes, double-hung, tilting windows. They are GORGEOUS. They cleaned up after themselves as they went, which is not always common, and could not have been nicer. They may not be the cheapest quote you get but they will be on time, on budget, and give you a stress free experience, that much is true. The value they provide in customer service is worth its weight in gold. Highly recommend.

The whole team is very professional and they pay attention to details. I love that they guarantee their work. We have used them for multiple projects now are very pleased. We highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

I contacted Expectations about replacing my old portico which was starting to experience structural issues. Out of all the contractors we contacted they seemed the most knowledgeable. We went with them and it was a great experience. Our project manager Chris C. was great at keeping us informed about the progress of the project. Not only was he regularly on site to oversee the work going on but made sure to check in with us that we were happy throughout the entire process.
