My neighbor had used them and recommended them. I still went online through Better Business Bureau to check. They were the top pick on reviews. I had already gotten one estimate from a contractor. I was asked to request three from the BBB website so so did. The next day I heard from Hopewell. This has been 6 months ago and I am still waiting response from the other two. From start to finish I was kept informed from estimate to completion. The person that came out even was there when insurance adjuster came out. They completed the job in one day removing old shingles and tar paper to installing the new. They cleaned up like they had never been there. If you want reliable honest and good service look no further than these people.
These guys did an awesome job on our roof. I can't think of enough adjectives to convey the excellent job they did from beginning to end. Whenever you hear Hopewell Roofing first person you think of and the name that is constantly mentioned with other customers is James. He really took care of us and our home. Appreciate you guys!
Hopewell was a great contractor. They did what they said they would do, on time and at the price they quoted. They cleaned up and would never even know they were here other than by beautiful new roof. We also were concerned about our Chimney and they inspected it for us for free and told us it was in great condition and did not need any work. Thank you Hopewell, I will also recommend your Company when someone asks for referral for a roofing company.
I highly recommend Hopewell Roofing. My experience dealing with the Hopewell team was extremely positive. James worked with my insurance company from the very beginning, which made getting a new roof much easier than I expected. I had bids from other companies that promised the world and almost seemed desperate for work. Andy and James were the most professional, honest guys I have ever done business with. The work that was done and the materials used not only increased the value of my house, but fixed a major leak in my roof that had been repaired by 2 other companies. This is a company you can definitely trust with your most important asset.
Hopewell Roofing did an excellent job. They did honest inspection did not try to up-sell. they took the time to explain the process and the pro's and con's of the products. Since this was my first time utilizing my home owners insurance they walked me through the claim procedure.nMy entire street was hit by a hail storm and everyone had to replace their roofs. My roof looks the best by far.nVery impressed with Hopewell roofing and would use again if the situation presents itself again.
