5 star on customer service, the lady that checked us in went above and beyond to get us the room we wanted and made sure everything was perfect. Luckily another patron was checking in and overheard us wanting a king bed. She offered to give us that room but unbeknownst to us they had set up the room with gifts from a loved one.nnThe Hotel is under renovation so it's hard to leave a review about the accommodations. The room was very clean, no complaints there.

The staff were terrific! They did everything to make me feel safe. There was one particular lady at the front desk that was exceptional.

Hotel was good as expected. But beware the breakfast that is advertised is not available now! You will not be notified until check-in, you get a box breakfast to take to your room that is pathetic! You dont get a choice, so dont choose them for the usual breakfast.

Beautiful location and views! The room was clean and comfortable and had all the necessary items. The pillows and blankets were just right! Not too soft or hard and super comfy! Great stay!!

Travel often. Received 3 room reservation. Good quiet rooms. Boxed breakfast marginal but it is currently more than others are doing.
