This is a magic place. Richard is a wheel wizard. Super nice, very informed and does a great job. If you need a rebuild, new spokes, any setup from pro road racing to fat tire snow, this is the place to get it done. Thanks for awesome service, quite an amazing find. If you live locally (north atlanta) and want to drop them off and consult with them, make an appointment by emailing. They are not a walk-in ‘shop’ they are a wheel factory, 7,000+ builds a year. Custom wheel frame that helps them build so quickly, custom spoke cutter, get that turquoise spokes with gold nipples to match your yeti turquoise. They have it going on.

Remarkable customer service. I ordered a small quantity of 12G spokes, but due to some new help in the warehouse I received what I believe to be 14G.nnThe service group (Debra) went the extra mile to get me back on my bike and send me a couple of 12G spokes while their stock was getting replenished and the rest of my order could be completed.nnThis could have very easily been a rough experience as the consumer with a rather small order, however, their heart is clearly in the business of making their customers happy and satisfied.nnI highly recommend their business!!!

These guys are amazing! Do not go anywhere else for your wheels!! PERIOD! I ordered a set of custom wheels with a design recommended by one of the builders, and there way beyond my expectation. The color combo and rim/hub combo work perfectly. They worked with me through the entire set up and notified me of all the delays due to Covid. I will never buy a set of wheels from anywhere else. A++++ you will not regret ordering from these guys

I went to their store in the morning during posted business hours and both times the door was locked. Would recommend calling before you go. I bought my tires at a different store.
