Worst hotel ever. The a.c didn't work, the room was not clean. There was hair all over it whoever stayed before. The sheets were dirty. The garbage outside the rooms was over pilled and falling out everywhere. The maids when cleaning the rooms, you can hear them talking badly about guest very loudly, fighting with each other in the hallways and rude when you ask for something. No coffee pot, no fridge nothing in the rooms other then a bed. Towels were not fresh. Dust all over the top of the bed, tables and mirror. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Not only was the room drenched in smoke as soon as we entered (so bad that the smoke cling to the inside of my mask hours later) but when we brought my allergy to smoke and the fact the room was supposed to be nonsmoking, they claimed they had no other rooms and refused to offer a refund.nI will be filing my complaint even higher since the manager could not fulfill their own hotel requirements but want to charge for the room anyways.

The room was not cleaned properly, stains on towels sheets and pillows, sink nasty. It was late and we were tired, so we went to Wally world bought 2 throw blankets (1 to sleep on the other to sleep under). At $95 a night I expect much better. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because they had a room available when the Hampton inn across the street didn't have the room I already paid for. I won't be back.
I'm a big fan of Red Roof Inn. Unfortunately I won't stay at this location until it is revamped and security is taken seriously. The property shows a lot of wear and tear from guests who have abused the rooms, building & grounds. That being said the staff is professional. The rooms despite the wear have comfortable beds, hot water, wifi, irons, and ironing boards.
