I am glad I didn't rely on the reviews when I decided to book this property. As a travel & events professional, I am very selective on where I book clients as well as where I stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received beginning with the valet and housekeeping staff. The front desk staff was helpful and cheerful. I am excited about the festive upgrades being made to this charming property! I'm definitely confident in booking my clients at this property, and spending time there as well. This is definitely a gem!
Had hidden fees once I got there we had pay an extra 200 deposit fee which we was told we would get back days after checkout ! We was told the breakfast was free which was a lie! No mini bar as stated in the price as I paid for , room didn't have some amenities as stated plus we gotten an extra 500 taken out our account 3 days after we left hotel ud83eudd26ud83cudffe♂ufe0fud83eudd26ud83cudffe♂ufe0f now no one's answering the phone just false advertising! Maybe it was the some staff (not all)that made things bad.
Having stayed at the W Hotel before, I was hesitant to try out the new Colee. I am glad I did. The place is gorgeous. I love all the new style and decor put into the place. The staff was kind and personable and eagerly answered all of our questions. They also had several protocols in place for social distancing that put us right at ease. We will definitely be coming back again!
Great hotel and great people. Friendly service all around. The hotel is crazy nice. The room was roomy & comfortable. I’ll stay here every time I’m in the ATL. Highly recommend.
Excellent hotel! Beautiful decor, spacious, nice amenities, super clean, staff was so friendly and professional. Very cool place. Can't wait to come back.
