Best experience always! Manager is super nice and friendly..very clean and following all sops..they gave us a high floor with city view which made our experience even more wonderful! This was our second time staying with them and they deserve 5 star all across! Will always be staying here when visiting Atlanta!

The room was nice. I paid for high floor...got mid floor but it was fine. It took almost three hours to get checked in because the receptionist (who was on her phone when we walked up)...was unclear of the extra fees and taxes which we were unaware of because we booked through a third party site. And she was confused and kept telling us several different prices. When we asked if they accepted cash, they informed us the SECOND time trying to check in that it was $250 minimum. When we asked the first time, they both said “Yes.” with no explanation or details. We then came back the third time, there was at midnight shift change and the receptionist gave us a totally different price; apologized for the previous receptionists wrong information then checked us in with no problems at all. My husband had a hard time retrieving an iron from the front desk due to rude, lazy management. The keys would stop working if you scanned them when exiting the parking garage, so we had to keep getting new keys. So, the chances of me booking again are NEVER. I paid 5-star prices for 2-star service.

We had business and came in town, we stay here and everything was great. Super clean, the room wS beautiful and the staff was very professional and met all our needs! I’d give them 5 stars and we will come back! The service was on point!

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but I feel I will be doing a disservice to others if I don't post my experience. When we arrived, I noticed a hair on the clean towels and blood splatter on the bathroom wall. Our room had an awful odor. The elevators weren't working properly and the garage elevators reeked of urine. The parking garage was disgusting and filled with litter. It took over 2 hours to get requested towels and when we called for room service, we were told they were too busy to take anymore orders. The snack area was bare with only 2 diet cokes available and no vending areas. For the cost of the rooms, you could definitely stay somewhere much better than what Westin Buckhead had to offer.

I stayed here and had prepaid for my rooms. After I left, I realized that I had been charged again for one of the same rooms I had prepaid for. I was told that I would get the refund on my card for the prepay within 2 weeks. I didn't and when I called back, I was told I'd have to talk to the accounting department. I've left 3 messages now and still have not heard back. I'm going to have to dispute this on my credit card and leave a bad review through the better business bureau next.
