Great place to stay in buckhead with super easy check in process, in covid times we appreciate being able to check in without stopping at the front desk. Thanks Kasa!

Don't stay here .... we had issues from the moment we drove into the parking garage. There is no signal in that level so all the online instructions will not open there. The option to download pdf instructions is not available yet. The Key cafe at the entrance did not work so we called the number provided. they help remotely open the key box for us but there was no key there. So they helped open another box (belonging to another guest) so they could get us in and said that the room would have bothe keys. We enter the room and there are no keys. They kept calling me to return the other guest's key but since I did not have any key we did not return. they had no bedding for the sofa bed. My daughter was cold as there was no extra blanket. I requested them for a blanket but no response until again when they are calling me to return the other guest's key. No onsite property management so They made us go to another uncleaned unit one floor down to get the used blanket and the 2 keys in that room. Then they requested me to go all the way down to the key cafe to return the key. All this is happening around midnight. We came ther after 9 hours of drive and cannot even go to bed. We went down to return the key at the cafe but it would not work. Remained on the phone with them in the cold in PJs for 15 minutes trying to work the key cafe but it did not open so I could not return the key. the used thin blanket was not helpful. They had a total of 5 towels and 6 dishes for 5 people in our family. even after asking for blanket and towels we did not get them. The rooms are very noisy. we could hear people walking upstairs. On new years night there was a party until 4 am with continuous screaming and stomping. we got no sleep. They have rules 10pm to 8am quite time. After following the parking instructions to the T, we still got a parking violation ticket that they are still taking care of apparently. Please make improvements to your house keeping and property management. They were prompt to respond to my text and calls but were barely able to help.

Beautiful property and well-appointed unit with everything you need to make yourself at home. The location is fantastic and convenient to world-class shopping in walking distance (perfect for our girls trip.) Kasa provides wonderful customer service - reserving, check in and check out was a breeze. I left my air pods behind and the housekeeping team found them and mailed them back at no cost - they wouldn’t even accept a tip or repayment for shipping! I can’t recommend this property or the Kasa experience enough - I’ll certainly stay here the next time I visit Atlanta.
