Horrible management, they don’t care about the customersnCustomers are not the prioritynEmployees talk to customers however they want. Everyone is rude, and always has an attitude. If I could give zero stars I would!nI had an encounter where an employee name Everette told me I could get a free upgrade but when it was time to follow through the other employee i think their name was Matt claimed they were the general manager got rude with me and told me that if I’m looking for anything cheap I should go to other hotels! This is outrageous, who tells a customer to go to another establishment after their own employee made a mistake. If I were you I would save my time and money and book somewhere else like the Omni where you get exceptional customer service and better rooms!

Decent, no housekeeping, no breakfast on weekends, no lunch or dinner options. Uncomfortable couch in room. Only one cup of coffee in room.
Horrible Service during my stay at this hotel my room was broken into and a very baluable item stolen from my room. There was a claim made through the hotels insurance company and they also had horrible service, spoke to me very rudely, and told me they are not responsible for the item that was missing from my room. I have a witness that my hotel door was closed correctly and locked when I departed but when I returned my room door was open and the lock engaged. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will never stay in this hotel again. If you care about your belongs I suggest you don’t stay here either because they do not take responsibility for anything. This was my absolute WORST Hotel Experience Ever!
