My stay itself wasn’t terrible but the room smelled like smoke when we arrived, we opened windows and cleaned the room down to try to calm the smell. The rooms could have been a little more clean; we didn’t even sleep on the pull out sofa because the mattress was disgusting. My room was a total of $614 for the entire stay , we had the 2bedroom suite. When I checked out my bank account was charged over $1000. I was charged a $250 smoking fee , although no one in my family smokes. The only reason I’m even giving this place a 1 is because the manager STEVEN was great. I called him and told him about my issue being overcharged and he immediately reversed the fee’s. He was amazing but I wish his front desk employees were a little more friendly and willing to help. Overall if We ever visit Atlanta again this would be one of my very last options to stay.

The location is great! Melinda was amazing. My room was much better than average but the elevator has got to be the slowest in the land! Lol. The view of a parking garage isn't so great. Parking is not bad either. I'd return and/or refer others to this location.

Very luxurious at an unbelievably affordable rates! Very clean with a well choice in professionally knowledgeable enjoyment staff in which do an amazing job providing the best hospitality one could expect at any Marriott branded hotel. The residence inn @ Lenox is the place to stay long or short term.

The staff was extremely kind. The location is great. The breakfast was not good at all. The grab and go breakfast was not our favorite. We got spoiled at our last hotel(Residence inn Charleston,Sc) with a nice hot breakfast sandwich, fruit and yogurt( go bags). The hallway smelled like weed. Thankfully we only had to stay at this location for 3 nights. The room had many flaws rips on multiple cushions, hole in the bathroom door, and the bed was ok.
