The hotel is in great shape - seems either new or newly remodeled. One of the best Hampton Inns I have stayed at in a while. Definitely use it again when I come to Atlanta.
Great continental breakfast. I usually won't even bother with continental breakfast at most hotels but theirs was pretty good. Definitely give it a try.
A few days before our spring break trip in the way to Florida I checked on my reservation in the Hilton app and realized the reservation was made with a now canceled credit card. So I changed it on the app on the section where it said change financial information. So upon arrival around 8:00 pm I try to use the app to check in and it won’t let me. So I go in the lobby. Fortunately we got a room but I really didn’t appreciate the smug attitude of the attendant who let me know I was lucky that he was busy cause by policy after 6:00 pm he was supposed to cancel the reservation cause of a declined credit card and he easily could have given away my room to someone else on a busy night like tonight. Explaining I changed the info on the app he said don’t trust the app I should have changed it on a computer. Look pal I did everything right in good faith by changing my information on the app once I discovered it. It’s not my fault your technology on your app doesn’t work right.
Very nice facility, and in the drama of covid-19, in early March of '21, they have a sensible way to facilitate a full (how it used to be) breakfast! Room, breakfast area, lobby, etc, was all nice and clean. Would definitely stay here in the future!
Was very clean and the beds were very Comfy. The staff were very helpful and cheerful. Was a Great place to stay.
