UPDATE: Just discovered that I posted this review to the wrong location in Utah. Although this has been a few years ago, I still want people to aware of this and the actual location in Marietta, GA.nnWe rented (5) rooms for a funeral in Marietta, and there were Huge Cockroaches; Refusal to provide Toilet tissue;; Four Fire alarms requiring us to go outdoors until the Firemen arrived (from 3:30pm until 9:30 pm) . Eventually the alarms were disconnected. They didn't even provide plastic drinking cups to take your medication. We paid almost $400 for 7 days and they refused to refund our money to our credit card after the (5) huge cockroaches came out on the first night. You could hear them walking on the linoleum. It was horrific!! They seemed to be coming from the A/C unit. I have yet to hear back from the Sr, Manager or the Corporate Offices. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the credit card company regarding these charges and services.
I love it. Alex and Nicole are awesome. They Will Make sure you are comfortable and happy. Two thumbs up.
The staff was ok but the handy man never came to change the bathroom light so we had to use the bathroom in the dark roaches everywhere all sizes the hallway smells so bad I wouldn’t waste my money here again
The smell of pot was so strong that my sister & niece couldn't stay there so we had to find another place. It's basically an apartment building, not a motel. It comes with 1 roll of toilet paper that will not be replenished, ridiculous!
Water has been off all day. Front desk closes at 7pm therefore we have no updates on when water will be restored. Fire alarms have gone off and the disappointment of how management handles each situation has been less thanideal. I work every day and I am expected to pay on time. But I don't receive the same courtesy in return.
