The folks at Dobbins have always been some of the best we’ve run across in a billeting staff. The rooms have always been clean and if there were any issues they were always handled promptly and very professional. Thanks as always!
The rooms are old BOQs. Hasn't been updated in a while. The rod are comfortable though and it seems pretty quiet. Room service is great. You probably can't stay anywhere in Atlanta for cheaper.
Quiet and comfortable. The staff is awesome. Chilly the first night here and slight rain in the next morning. Right clothing it's very nice weather.
In the last 3 days were have stayed at a 4 star hotel, lodging at Barksdale AFB, lodging at Dobbins ARB and will stay at Dysess AFB lodging on our trip back to Arizona. All unique and all excellent accommodations from room rates to courteous staff. Yes, each place deserve 5 stars.
I enjoyed the base and billeting if you are coming to take a course please consider staying at the Dobbins Inn. it had a Decent sized FS Tv, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen sink plus a safe for your valuables. Lots of cupboard space so if you want to go the grocery stores and save up that per diem money it will allow you to save some bucks. The shower was amazing and the room service was excellent. There is also a decent desk for studying and comfortable chair. Not a bad price a night either it's like 71 bucks a night which is pretty good for what's involved compared to other places. Also you need to buy laundry soap or bring your own but the washer and dryer are free. I was very impressed and there's a Wal-Mart two or three miles in either direction from the base. Couldn't be happier.
