Amazing staff, they went above and beyond from check-in to check-out and everything in between. We had an issue with our room after check-in and we were moved to another room in a quick and courteous manner with only the utmost respect. Greeted each time we left and returned. Housekeeping talked with my children and even dribbled the basketball my son was carrying to make him smile. I just cannot say enough positive things about our experience. I wish every hotel we visited during travel basketball season was like this!!!!
Will never return!. On several websites they offer free breakfast but charge $12 buck for it when you arrive. Went to my room and tried to call front desk but phone didn't work. 20 deg outside and AC was on. I couldn't adjust it or even turn it off. My last trip to Wyndham
This hotel is a geat place to stay with many places to go and eat. The rooms are great size and the hospitality was wonderful. Would recommend to all those who are members of Wyndham.
0 Stars if I could. It started with check in. The front desk lady was aggravated by something or someone and was not the most pleasant .nnThen, My reservation included breakfast . It clearly stated it multiple times on the confirmation. BOB “the manager” didn’t even think twice about honoring it. He wanted his $8 for waffles and fruit. I mean the worst customer service ever. Then to slap on the front desk once we are leaving indicating he was annoyed by the complaint. I’m disgusted by this. I will never return here & id leave a horrible review everyday if I had the time. BOB WAS HORRIBLE!!
Good location and services.nThere was no soap and shampoo in the room. Other than this all was good. Clean room
