In November 2020, our family had a new roof put on by Senez Roofing, and we are very happy with the whole experience.nSummer hurricanes in Louisiana had disrupted the supply chain for the specific shingles that we chose. The team reached out to us and explained we could pick another style, or wait and they would prioritize us. Fortunately, we were in a position where we could put off the roof for a few weeks. The style we chose was back in stock quicker than expected and not too long after, we had a brand new roof on our house.nWe're actually looking forward to the June downpours this year because we can enjoy being inside without scrambling for buckets to catch water!nA huge thank you to Glenn and everyone else at Ed Senez Roofing for providing us with a quality experience!
Ed Senez Roofing put a new roof on my house last week and it looks awesome. Very efficient, professional and polite crew. Attention to detail, and they cleaned up the yard and surrounding areas.nA great job at a great price!
After a freak little hail storm, my roof was damaged and the pool screens were punctured. We wanted other work done above what the insurance company would cover. Senez and his crew did an amazing job. I work in insurance and they were fair and got the job done. The house hasn't looked this good in years. They work fast and efficiently, I won't use anyone else.
BEWARE SHADY AND DISHONEST COMPANYnBEWARE OF WOOD SCAMnOVER CHARGING SENIOR CITIZENSnShawn or sean gave me a bid and said I needed15 pieces of wood after walking my roof. He said it was bad. He also said he would have to charge more due to the current situation and time. . I called another roofer called quibeck roofing. They did my roof and told me I needed ABSOLUTELY NO ADDED WOOD REPAIR. WOW. The price was thousands less!!!!!!!!!. I was about to get ripped off for something I did not need. I highly recommend you avoid these people at all cost! Senez roofing adds wood to your bill that you do not need. BEWARE!!! They probably cheat the insurance this way too but I was paying out of pocket. Shame on you guys for taking advantage. Thank God he never called me back and I shopped around. The sad thiing is my father is a senior citizen and he used senez. They charged him for close to 30 sheets of wood. Now I understand the scam.
This company has completed two roofing jobs for me. One was a re-roof and the other was for a new home. Both were completed timely and professionally. The quality was easy to see in all the details. Thanks so much. If you need a new roof I highly recommend you give Senez roofing a call.
