I've been there several times now and it's a wonderful, clean, residential gated community which I look forward to seeing again and again!

This is a good place to go for your last house before you go to heaven :-) they have a lot to do for the elderly and they don't like anybody under 55 to live here. Recently changed hands from Charles Bronson properties.

My BFF Lives Here Spent Time With Her And This Place Seems Very Nice

Nice mobile home park tucked away off 17-92 close to downtown DeBary and Orange City. This park is always clean and tidy and the residents have always been friendly. I have inspected many mobile homes in this park over the last 10 years and it has always been nice. Speed limit in the park is strictly enforced 14 MPH.
