This store has caused me almost to have a brain aneurysm. I was standing in line they are asking people obviously over the age of 70 for there I'd, while the scanner that scans the ID does not work. Then the same scanner does not scan the items after several minutes in line, I asked to speak to a manager who then had the same issue upon the end of my purchase I had four gift cards which apparently is over some sort of odd Walgreens limit and we had to have a second manager approve the first manager scanning the gift cards while the cashier stood there it is become so asinine that I'm not shopping at Walgreens anymore. And thus this is how we're losing all our retail stores,.

Love this Walgreens! Everyone is so nice & extremely helpful. Have only lived in this area for 2 years & it amazes me some ppl know be by name. Went to the same Walgreens in Palm Harbor for 15 years & they never called me by name!

Thanks to Marissa in the pharmacy I am not going to shop at ANY Walgreens ever again. She needs to learn some customer service skills and how to stay in her lane; So RUDE!nIt’s a shame too bc there is a gentleman cashier at this store that welcomes you into Walgreens super joyously and I will miss that. Unfortunately, doesn’t outweigh Marissa’s tone or behaviour!!

The absolute worst customer service not only from the actual store but awful customer service from the pharmacy. Its absolutely disgusting how people can still have a job when they treat customers with such disregard. Dan is the most unprofessional person I think I have ever dealt with. He treated my mother with such disregard and rudeness. Needless to say my entire family will not be returning. I'm absolutely appalled.

I have nothing but good things to say. Dan in the pharmacy is very nice and efficient.
