The roof turned out great but they didn’t install the ridge vents like we had on the proposal. When they finished the roof I noticed there were no ridge vents. They said they “couldn’t” for some reason and said a $200 return would cover the cost. I’m sure on a $18 thousand dollar bid the ridge vents were much more than that. They only took down half of the gutters so the painters had to paint the old gutters they left. They tied into the old gutters that were damaged and left them as if they were done. They left much of the debris left from the demo and only removed it when I called to ask about it. I showed them where they used much of the old gutters and they said they’d fix it when they have another job in the area with brown gutters. That was over a month ago. It’s now raining hard regularly and they stopped responding to my emails and calls. I’m stuck with unfinished gutters that pour over my freshly painted house.
