Istueta Roofing replaced our barrel tile roof and used a polyglass modified bitumen roofing system for our flat roof area. Their bid was a little higher than the other bids, but their reputation is sterling. (I wasn't happy with the additional cost for the additional plywood that was needed and discovered after the old roof was removed, but they did warn us. They provided a very detailed contract with which we were satisfied.) We wanted a roof with professional workmanship that would withstand our Florida hurricanes. Their work and professionalism were worth the extra money.nnRey Rebollo, our project manager, was outstanding. He was very professional and gave a personal touch by always being available with a smile and by going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. His word is his bond. If Rey said it would be done, you could count on it.nnWe signed the contract on 6/8/20; the work began on 6/29/20 and the final inspection was done on 8/4/20.
