We had the best experience with this company. They are super responsive, on time to the very minute, fairly priced and hard workers! We were extremely impressed. We had a last minute nightmare with the house we are buying, Alex came to the house twice on the last day of the inspection period to help us out even though it was very short notice. The team was able to complete the needed repair a week later and the inspectors came the following day and gave us a clean report and said everything looked great. If you have any experience in Miami with contractors, you know it is very difficult to find reliable people who do what they say they will do when they said they would do it. This company was so easy to work with. No calls, texts or emails went unanswered. They were transparent throughout the whole process and even upload before, during and after photos of your repair to a drop box for you to check as the repair progresses. Would definitely recommend this team and working with Alex as well was a pleasure. He is super responsive and helpful, he even stopped by our house to pick up the check so we didn't have to pay a 3% credit card fee! We really appreciated his help during this stressful process. We will continue to use this company in the future for any roofing needs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I was totally impressed with the professionalism of all the Canopy team. They walked me through each phase of the process of replacing my roof. Communication was Great!! Pricing was competitive with other companies but for me it was all about their Customer Service. I would highly recommend them for their customer service and quality of work.

Canopy Roofing, Inc - impressive from start to finish! I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of roofing - at least from my awesome experience. When my roof started springing leaks - I knew it was time to re-roof, as mine was about 27 years old. I began looking for estimates - and settled on Canopy Roofing, Inc. They were fair priced as I compared with 4 other companies. Canopy Roofing provided the most professional estimate - in that their sales person, Alex, thoroughly explained every detail to me. I live in an association - and the approved colors were not available - so Alex went with me to the association to explain the issue and present the alternative tile color and took the time to explain everything to the association. The new color was approved. When the work began - the owner s, Federico and Melvin then took over - Federico kept me informed with every step they were taking - and when the inspectors would come by - as well as when they could commence again after inspections. They even took pictures of their work so that I could see what they were doing. Today was the last visit as they brought all of the releases of liens that are usually placed on a home when work gets done - they made sure to get all of the paperwork correct for me and included my warranty. The professionalism, and care that the owners took to ensure everything went right - was above and beyond. Their teams worked quickly and left everything really clean - never left a mess. It was my first time having to do this - especially all on my own. The entire time - I felt comfortable with their explanations - and their process. I cannot compliment enough the diligence and care with which Canopy Roofing worked - and to end the work - the owners lovely wife brought me a thank you basket with a card signed by all! What a nice touch! I cannot thank them enough for all of the care they took - and can only say that I highly recommend them - and know that you will have the wonderful experience I did. Canopy Roofing did an amazing job with my new roof! I couldn't be happier. What I thought was going to be a painful experience given some bad experiences with contractors in general, turned out to be incredibly smooth and flawless process of getting a new roof. I initially interviewed 7 roofing companies for quotes on my re-roof. Canopy was not the cheapest, nor was it most expensive, but it was the only company that provided me with assurance of their experience and straight answers to all my questions. Its very professional team came out to my house bright and early every day, and within 3 days finished my new roof. The owner kept me informed throughout the entire process and sent me photos as the work was being done. I'm so happy with the result and highly recommend Canopy Roofing to everyone!
