Del Sol Roofing

Working with Del Sol roofing was one of the best decision we made while renovating our house; no stress, or hidden prices (if additional repairs/materials are needed, you will have a list price in your contract), fair price, just a seamless process. Leo, our sales person, was professional and always on time. The office staff always available and professional. But I really want to emphasize on the job the roofers do; in my opinion, they are the ones that make the company shine. These gentlemen always arrived early in the morning, worked fast and well, they were always courteous, and it didn't matter the mess that happened during the day, by 5pm, my front and backyard were always clean, spotless. Both of our inspection passed in the first attempt. I have already recommended them to other friends. It's rare in the construction industry to find a company that will not stress you. After reading reviews of roofing companies it was scary to hire anyone! There are negative and positive reviews on every roofer. Del Sol was recommended to us by friends, and had the fewest negative reviews, so we took our chances with them.nI give 4 stars because we are happy with the work they did. The roof looks great. It doesn’t leak. However, I do take away 1 star for a few reasons.nOne, the job took much longer than it was supposed to, and not just because of weather.nTwo, several “crews” come out to the house for different jobs. The first crew was very considerate and clean. But, several crews after that would leave their trash in our yard. I spoke to the crew manager and our salesman several times about this. I really don’t think that I should be cleaning up the trash of people I’m paying to do a job. There would be water bottles, Gatorade bottles, soda cans, and cigarette butts in the yard and pool almost everyday. I try to not make too big of a deal out of this, as it is very hard to get good quality workers these days. But it did cost them a star.nThree, the roofers left a lot of tar on both my front porch tiles, and my backyard travertine tiles. We had to ask for weeks for them to come out to clean it up. I thought it was finally done, but I’m discovering more that I’m going to have to clean myself.nFinally, the company was calling us to sign off on the job so that they could get paid when the final inspection had not passed. There were still a lot of nails and roofing debris around the yard that should have been cleaned up. But, since we signed off before we knew that the final inspection hadn’t passed, we were left to clean those things up ourselves. That’s on us. We shouldn’t have assumed that just because they were demanding their money that the inspection had passed.nAll in all, we are happy with the job they did, hence the 4 stars. I include the details of our experience to help others with their choice. I would hire Del Sol again, but I would be a little more careful about some things.

If you note I do not write reviews but I know some companies rely on reviews. Although skeptical to replace my roof after hearing so many ppls horror stories. I must say I am very satisfied with the work done on our house. From the start with my consultation with Raul, through the bank financing with Javier and ending with the office assistant Aimee, I can say thank you for your quick response to my questions and concerns and for making this a smooth process. I will recommend to others as I was recommend to your company. Happy Holidays !!!

My experience with Del Sol Roofing was awesome. They were very professional and respectful, from the manager to the workers, they’re like a family and make you feel like you are part of it. Del Sol totally cares about you, they own the problem and fix it right away using the latest techniques and practices to provide the best service. I would 100% recommend Del Sol Roofing to everyone.

Horrible, horrible, horrible.nStay away. This company is a joke.nCustomer service (none)nmanager and supervisor don't help the customer.nWorse roof company I have ever used. Will definitely never use or recommend them to any one. So far going on three months and not even half way done. Very very quick to collect money, but not to do job correct.nDon't clean well at all after job is started, even after complaining to clean property well. Just plain awful. All about the money, and nothing else.n4.1 Stars that's a joke.
