The location is great short drive to key west or Miami in a couple hours. The house we stayed in had everything for a weeks stay. The pool and beach were nice and clean. We would stay here again.

We bought this vacation home with the intention of eventually get it rented out. But, we love it so much we keep coming every weekend. Location is very convenient for us due to walking distance from restaurants and Starbucks. Just minutes to the new Publix supermarket! Paddleboard & kayaking paradise. Crystal clear and warm waters of islamorada. This complex is very private and perfect for a week scape. Key west colorful & Architectural style with hurricane rates windows and roofs. Since we bought it begining of 2020, most of the homes remain rented. We also met a few owners that live full time at this paradise. If you are looking to purchase one, I can easily help you as well. I recommend this wonderful Villa.

WANTON DISCRIMINATION. The management company staff at KeysCaribbean are ignorant of and unwilling to become educated about the federal protections for persons with disabilities. Instead of doing the work to avail themselves of the knowledge to ensure the rights of their customers, they directed me to call the requisite officials instead. The county official read the ordinance and upheld my understanding. Julia refused to accept the answer and refused to call Francis in the planning department to confirm. Julia then shifted to another obfuscation by citing the ADA that does not apply to the circumstance and denying application of the FHA. Neither of which is subordinate to the local taxation laws, anyways. She continuously demanded I present proof that would refute her misunderstanding of the law and refused to look at every option provided. She had no interest in even trying to see the facts or the laws differently than what she had already decided improperly or trying to ensure the rights of her customers and fellow citizens. Julia then cut off the communication through the hosting platform of Airbnb. Both she and Carol refused multiple times to identify themselves, the management company, or the HOA of the property for which they refused to honor the law. Their behavior is *reprehensible* especially for the fact they tried to use the anonymity of the internet to get away with it. There's a lot of places to spend your money in The Keys. A business that discriminates because they think they can get away with it is not one that should ever be knowingly patronized. If this issue is not applicable to you or someone you know right now, there are few who will go through their entire life without it becoming so. It is not okay for a society to deny basic rights to all of its citizens. Most especially its Veterans.
