This IS NOT A HOTEL. This is an apartment which I later found out after arrival. Not only was I not able to come in for my scheduled arrival time they didn't refund me my money when I canceled within 10 minutes of booking. I would leave no stars if I could. Once I get. A refund I'll. Remove the review but I plan on contacting a consumer lawyer and the BBB on Booking.com n the property owner.
