I first called before I left my apt. Robert immediately answered - friendly and professional- answered my questions and concerns. I arrived at the bike shop very clean and organized. I informed Robert of my budget and he suggested what was more important to fix which was replacing the tire and innertube, at no additional charge he readjusted my kickstand and replaced the pedals ( I purchased new pedals and brought them with me ) Overall GREAT SERVICE ( kept within my budget - THANKS to Robert)...Robert in person - professional and friendly I WILL be returning here for future bike maintenance and will suggest to my friends to come here as well. Thank you Robert I appreciate you!

I went in for a flat tire yesterday. And I just wanted to say I’ve never been accommodated by a company like I was yesterday. Kickstand, flat tire. And lubricant on my chain at a very fair price. Thank you so much Robert for taking care of me.. you are the example of What true customer services Is.
