M&K Kustom Builders will take your money and will not provide any service. I gave Jefferson Lewis $750.00 in October 2015 to create sign and seal plans from my kitchen remodel. Well it is 1/4/2016 and I still do not have plans to submit to the city to permit my job. Mr. Lewis has been telling me and my contractor since November 2015 that the plans are completed and he will email us a draft for approval tomorrow. He actually gave us his word in person that we would have the plans by December 23, 2015. Unfortunately his word is worthless.nnI have asked Jefferson Lewis several times to give me back my money and he responds that I will have the plans tomorrow. This man is a conartist- unfortunately in South Florida even if the contractor has a license and was referred by my contractor you still need to be very careful.nnDon't use this contractor or give him any money- you will never see your money and he will not provide the service.
