This mobile home park has everything. Very Clean, well kept & very quiet. Renovated pool & community center, social activities offered. Neighbors are all friendly and VERY helpful to each other. Anyone that can find a place to live in this park, I believe, will be very happy and experience a family friendly community. Places go fast because it is such a serene neighborhood!
Denied application being over 55 with clean credit, background and meeting financial requirements due to managements attitude problem and ill mannered disposition.
Wonderful community full of friendly, helpful neighbors. Beautiful newly updated pool, clubhouse, shuffleboard, social activities for all. Walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacy, dollar general, banks, library, restaurants, post office......basically all of Dunnellon and the Beautiful Rainbow River! Very Safe and a great place to call home!
