I can't say enough positive comments. Very clean room, everything is new. Microwave, fridge, coffee pot, coffee and cream, hairdryer, very clean and new bathroom. Delicious restaurant, The Blue Gator on site. All rooms first floor with reserved parking right in front of your door. Little store has drinks, ice cream, t-shirts and bait if you're going fishing. I will be a very regular guest here.
Parking spot is not guaranteed and if your from out of state stay clear away the owner bob was very nice and helpful but their was a situation with the parking cones.Someone taking our spot and our dog forced to walk 30+feet on blacktop at 80 degrees possibly hotter. Were from out of state to see a relative and the guest that was put in our spot refused to move.We were forced to leave after 3 nights but on our last night it was a problem between the airboat rides boat rentals and eating establishment I would not recommend to anybody one employee got very heated very quick with my wife when it could of gotten solved
Wonderful weekend at the hotel. Love the restaurant and the fact that there's only 10 or 12 rooms keeps it cozy and more individualized
Really great place to stay. Wonderful staff. Super friendly. We will definitely be using them again. Rooms are nicely remodeled & decorated nice. Room was clean and smelled like bleach so we could tell it was cleaned. Would have given them 5 stars, however, upon turning down the sheets we found several hairs and a candy bar wrapper under the covers. Could tell the bed sheets had not been changed on that bed. It was already after hours so no staff on hand to tell. Ended up sleeping on the other bed, which had clean sheets on it. Next time we will check the sheets as soon as we get there. Other than that, everyone made us feel very welcomed and treated us like family. Nice little restaurant with a bar right on the Rainbow River. Food was good. Little bit of a wait on the weekends but to be expect in season. Thanks again Capt Bob & to all the staff who made this a nice trip.
The nice thing is all the rooms are completely remodeled. Very comfy bed. Downfall was we had a coffee maker that had mold in it and couldn't get anyone to replace it till morning. No apology for that.Floor was very dirty. Staff was friendly.
