Lady at the Bartell Redmond counter is polite and courteous. But one of the male assistants is rude and desperately needs to be trained. Bartell HQ should send in mystery shoppers to experience it themselves and verify.

Pharmacy staff always super friendly and professional

Most of the staff in the pharmacy are very nice and help you to get the medicines you need when you need them. But they tend to screw up my prescriptions a lot lately. I had an interaction with a pharmacist today that makes me want to go to another pharmacy completely. He lied to me and another pharmacist about the pickup date for my medicine. He was very rude on the phone and I had to transfer the prescription to another Bartells just to get it filled on time.

Extremely hard to get a hold of on the phone.

Worst experience ever with the pharmacist or pharmacy team. I had a prescription from teledoc after a previous visit to my doctor and that prescription wasn’t helpful. I used teledoc because the last doctor said I was contagious and didn’t want to spread it. This pharmacist kept rudely asking how they would know from another state and kept telling me it could be illegal. Clearly no bedside manners and was just rude. I actually went to another doctor after just so I didn’t have to go pick up a prescription from that terrible location.
