**Edited:nEdge & Spoke called me to follow up on my review and listen to my feedback - they also offered to reimburse the charge of the ski mount and fix it, which I much appreciated. The owner of this shop obviously cares a lot about this business and making sure customers are left satisfied with the work they do. I would take my skis back, knowing they ultimately will do everything they can to completely satisfy customers.n**nThis shop had done a ski binding mount for me, and ended up changing the mount point from what was specified without calling me first. A minor and potentially necessary change, but one that I would like to discuss before holes are irreversibly drilled. Additionally, the mount was not flush with the ski top sheet and I will have to tighten the screws or have another shop OK this mount.nI have also had poor experience with them when asking for bike part recommendations, which I have less experience with but am trying to learn. I was given a recommendation to purchase a new bike instead of work on my current one, but was left wanting a bit more of a nuanced explanation or alternatives.

I couldn’t be more happy with the Edge and Spoke team!! Talk about 5 star customer service! Ben and the guys helped me surprise my husband with a couple Specialized bikes for his birthday, including helping me put bows on them, and bringing them out right before we arrived! Unbelievable bikes, service, energy, and teamwork!

This is my favorite shop. The other reviewers call out what fantastic service they have, and it’s true. We’ve bought ski boots, bikes, rented skis, gotten a bike fit, and lots of bike and ski maintenance here...each time it was great. But what sets this place apart in my mind is the personable culture of the shop...you just feel welcome here. The guys aren’t annoyed when I ask about a replacement head for my pump, or that I need to swap out ski boots because my kid outgrew them mid season. They are always ready to help, and even walked me through how to install a second brake on my son’s bike because I wanted a project to try in my own. And it’s not just one, but the whole crew. Thanks to the whole Edge and Spoke team for creating such a genuine service and shop atmosphere...it’s a thing thats mostly lost these days and you guys have a an amazing thing going.

I came here to get my first road bike. I'm new to riding and don't have much knowledge when it comes to understanding what I was even looking for. Everyone here is extremely patient and thorough when explaining things to you.nWill helped me with choosing the bike right for me and after test riding he was so helpful when choosing all of the features. Ishan (I'm certain I'm spelling that wrong, sorry!) but he was so so patient with me when I came in late before they were about to close. He helpes with the fitting, adjusting and everything I needed. Everyone here goes above and beyond. The atmosphere in the shop was laid back and not at all intimidating which is what I was expecting. The owner was working on bikes and a really down to earth guy. I'd highly recommend coming here to purchase a bike! Especially for the first time. I'll definitely come back to say hi next time I'm around the area. Good people.
