We met with Mitchell several times during the sales process. We had lots of questions about replacing the 48 original windows in our 95 year old house. Mitchell was patient and explained all the options to us. Windows were ordered and about 3 weeks later the installation began. With so many windows it took about a week for the installation to be complete. Mitchell and his crew were friendly of the home and yard. I know our project would be challenging due to the age of the house and I am pretty sure not one window was plumb. You’d never know it by how great they look and how well the windows function now. The team cleaned up daily and left the job site looking good. I have to say the caulking was so neat and professional looking. We love our new double hung windows and it is one of the best improvements we’ve made to our house. Ethan and Reagan

Tried to call and speak to a representative and the woman was short with me, nasty, and overall unpleasant. She finished the call by hanging up on me mid-sentence. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
