I called B'RFixing Glass Doorsbecause we were having trouble with the lock on our sliding door to the backyard. It was hard to lock and just didn't feel secure. He asked me to text a couple photos and then called back immediately with a suggestion to fix the issue. He said it was probably a quick fix and he wanted to save me the $125 appointment fee.
