Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Hot shower. Great staff. Good location.
I must say that staff, office and maintenance are incredible. I am handicapped and they have been there for me all the way, even above and beyond. My room was very clean and they keep the pool area clean and inviting I'm quite happy here
Although they had rooms available, they would not allow me to check in when my flight came in early that morning. My room was already prepared and would have charged me if I canceled to go stay somewhere else. The service is horrible and is leaving me stranded here when they could have easily allowed me early checkin. If you can book somewhere else I would advise that u do just in case you get in a similar situation!
I'm going to start bringing a razor knife and a tube of caulk with me and some bleach spray. This is such an easy fix for a moldy shower with caulk all peeling out of it in and slow drain.
