Clean comfy smells good. Nice stuff. Kristina who serves breakfast in the cafe was friendly and willing to go extra mile. She got me late breakfast even after 10, and she enjoys what she's doing. Highly recommend!
Hotel was very clean, there's hand sanitizer stations all over including disinfectant wipes. Room was clean, spacious, comfortable beds. Hotel is in a good location near shopping and dinning. All The ladies there were all so nice and friendly. From the ladies serving breakfast Cristina and Sara up to the concierge desk (I don’t recall their names). They even held our luggage the last day we left so we could fit in a few hours at the beach before our flight. Definitely will be coming back. Recommend to anyone looking for a nice and affordable hotel to stay in.
Me and my family always stay @ this hotel because of the breakfast and the comfortable beds.nRecently we stayed and we were disappointed at the breakfast we received.There's a better way Management should go about it through this pandemic. They could serve hot breakfast like they normally would have .with guests standing a safe distance and having some tables available while other guests take their food upstairs. Safety First !!!But let's not short change your customers on what their paying for
Thank you for asking me about my experience at this hotel. I stayed at this hotel for 7 days I work for Scrubs & Beyond and was relocating my current store on to a new location. Every single staff member was friendly I felt very welcomed. My room was clean the only issue I had and I never complained is that the air condition did not cool the room down enough for me. When I am in the north Miami area I'll be staying at this hotel based off of my experience from the staff.
Michelle at the front desk checked us in and Christina and Sara helped us with breakfast. Everyone went above and beyond her expectations. Cleaning crew happily helped us look for a lost item which we found (in our suitcase of course!) I could not have asked for more! They even have Covid friendly breakfast which is prepackaged in a box with coffee to go. Phenomenal stay!!
