No one ever calls you back if you have any questions you may need answered. It was dirty & looked old never had any house keeping & then was charged an extra 400$ horrible experience for the price u can find a much nicer place

We made a reservation on hotels.com and they sent us a great list of everything you had to do on your property. At the time of saying cancel they have had the gall to have our money for more than 4 months AND they have NOT returned it and they continue to make reservations for people. This really is a scam. They can stay in much nicer places and better prices. EYE DO NOT STAY IN THIS PROPERTY ARE EDTAFATORS !!!
