Great and easy
Great little hotel near everything. Very clean efficiency style room. Will reserve again in the future.
I haven't even stayed there but probably never will because I called two different locations of richards and as soon as anyone answered the phone they were really rude right off the bat . Maybe have someone nicer answer your phones. That's what you want the first impression to be? I understand people have bad days but it was both times and if you're an employee or running a business you should remain professional on a working basis.
Outstanding safe quiet comfortable place to stay staff is outstanding I have also stayed in the more expensive hotels Hilton , Westin,Bally's Hotel you can feel safe and secure staying here . When you really want to stay away from the crowds pick a nice local family Hotel very pleased with my stay here...
Seems to be in a safe location in a garden like setting and quiet. The property was relatively clean.nCons-nFront desk lady is rude and lacks customer service skills.nWifi is weak.nAlso staff can enter room at any time as per their rules. This is dangerous to guests health during covid times.
