My mother in law had her wedding here (all of the family paid well over $3,000 for the whole stay). Well the night shift messed up my moms rate, so if you want a good rate and don’t want to pay $500 more than what they say make sure you get there early in the day. Also the workers walk around and someone who had an access card stole cash from my room. The night staff threatened some guy the first night we were there. The maid manager Curtis lied about someone stealing my money (even though he gave me my wallet back). The only good thing about this place is the activities. Do not carry cash and arrive early in the day and you’ll be fine. The rooms are outdated and the elevators are rough. A lot of stray cats, like at least 15 because they put food out for them by the grills. The bar manager is cool and the bartenders are very nice if you too good. All I got to say is I wish people wouldn’t steal, I’m out $300 dollars and had to have someone come down here and to get my family because I’m up north. Overall the staff sucks and they can “charge whatever rates they feel like” but the activities and nice.
Loved the view I had but that price for one night is ridiculous....
Super family friendly and relaxed atmosphere! The staff was very polite and helpful, and although it wasn't the quietest place I've ever stayed it was clean and comfortable. My kids loved all the different things to do--playground, mini golf, arcade, 3 pools--and I loved grabbing a fruity drink from the bar and watching my kids play on the beach! We'll definitely stay again.
We have stayed st several resorts in Panama City and this is an older resort BUT they have the best staff and very kid friendly. My son doesn't want to stay anywhere else and even booked another trip next week.nJust left from our second vacation here within 3 months. This time stayed in a condo which I highly recommend. Looking forward to going back in October if not before.
love it here! Rooms are just beautiful and so clean! Beds are sooooo comfy and i am heading out tomorrow to arrive!Amazing hotel after all! No complaints! Workers are so sweet. And a great place to take your kids!
