We have had a wonderful stay.
We’re here for bike week, unit 9. We are enjoying the location and Lesley the owner. We were asked by th HOA to remove a trailer from the property. It will fit easily in the Driveway , but this was not accepted. So with a cost of $40 I was able to find a place to store. It’s clear HOA has there favorites be as of 5/4/19 there are at least 2 trailers on the property. I have taken pictures of these trailers and will post and review . Wherever I can. HOA of Summer Towne Cottages of Panama City I’m requesting a reminburse of the $40 I paid for storage. For HOA not the owner. Since your not upholding the rules equally. PS I gave it a rating of 5 stars because of the owner.... But because of the HOA I will not stay here or recommend this place until rules are followed equally
