My husband and I bought a house a few years ago and the previous owners told us about the roofing company that warranties the new roof put on in 2015. Recently, my daughter mentioned something was wrong in their bathroom where a sunroof is. I called the number given to me both on Facebook and listed in the warranty information for Tracy Cantley Roofing. Tracy called me back and understood that there may be a slight issue roof related with the sunroof that the roof was installed around or he may have put the sunroof in himself and wasn’t sure. He told me he would “call me sometime next week to set something up” and then I never heard back from him. My husband also tried to reach him and did not receive a simple call back. I find this very unprofessional and rude. The sunroof is in my kids bathroom and the ceiling is starting to crack and is maybe leaking when it rains. I guess since they already got paid for the roof, who cares if children could be affected by the damage to the ceiling. I will be contacting a roof inspector to possibly look into filing a claim against this company.

As a general contractor myself I would recommend Tracy Cantley of Cantley roofing to any of my friends or family that are in the market for a new roof. When the cards were stacked against him and his group, they were able to bring through a product that I am outstandingly pleased with.I will use him again. Quality matters to Mr. Cantley and given the opportunity he proved that.

Excellent service and price. Tracy gave us an estimate within 2 days of my calling his company. He agreed to the time restraints as we are a student complex and needed the job completed in Dec. Tracy and his crew showed up on Tuesday and finished the job by Friday. I highly recommend them and wished I had known about his company when I replaced the other roofs. Thank you for the great job!nnProperty has 3 roofs. After dealing with 2 other local commercial roofers; 1 roof (Perry) they took 4 months to complete, the other company took our money in March 2019 and we still didn't have a new roof (Mac Johnson) by August after numerous promises. Finally had to request our money back. Beware.

Cantley roofing put a new roof on our house last year. They scheduled us promptly and showed up on time ready to work. Stripped off the old roof, made some minor repairs, and put on a new metal roof. They cleaned up every scrap and nail from around the house, didn't miss anything! The crew was friendly and very efficient. Great having then work here.
