I used the Holiday Inn Tanglewood twice now for a school related formal event. My first experience was spring of 2019 and the second was spring of 2021. I worked with Erica this past time and everything went smoothly. Every request, even the last minute ones, were carried out to my specific details and the staff were very helpful and attentive. Also, the food was very very good. My students quite enjoyed the location, space provided, and the food served.
Wonderful stay for my business trip. The restaurant crab cakes were an absolute HIT. Had them both nights! Rooms were clean and quiet. Older hotel but fresh hospitality. ART was awesome!
Had a great experience with the hotel, they picked me up late at night from the airport after my flight was canceled and I got food at their restaurant which was fantastic with great service. All staff wore masks and the cleaning was great. Was also able to shuttle the the airport early in the morning and go there quickly and safely.
Decent hotel. Value priced. Facility is a bit dated, but comfortable and rooms are well appointed. Unlike some mid range hotels, these beds were not too firm. Good experience overall.
