I don't like the pharmacist, a curly haired African American female whose behavior is nonchalant. Her people are more amiable and knowledgeable than her. She doesn't make any attempts to rectify a customer's problem.
My prescription was not filled as prescribed by my doctor and pharmacy failed to tell me upon pickup. I got home to find I was shorted on my medicine. This was followed by a very unproductive conversation with the pharmacist with no resolution.nn6/28/20 update: pharmacy promised script at 1:30 and I arrived around 2. Prescription was not ready and pharmacist was on lunch. I will now be at least an hour late for work. This was an urgent situation and not treated as such by any Kroger staff.
Great store very good for shopping.
