The room is very nice and the night time manager & security guard are very rude. They kicked my friend out just because he’s black and I also had my fiancé with me but they didn’t say anything to both of us but we like the hotel a little bit. I also met my friend from TRH and he’s staying here as well but no one doesn’t like the night time manager nor the security guard
If I could give them 0 stars I would. The first room had no power. They moved us to a second room that was disgusting... the towels had hair, there were stains on the sheets, look at the photos, no one should get a room here
If I could leave a negative star it would -10. Arrived 3 hrs after check in and room was not cleaned. when I called front desk to have it cleaned they told me there was no one to clean. I would never ever recommend anyone staying here. I feel as though any positive reviews they have received were done by employees.
The staff was very friendly and I got my room quickly. She made sure I had everything I needed. The room was very nice, clean, and smelt fresh.
Stripped the bed down. No bedbugs. Literally the only positive. I should have slept in my car instead. You can hear everything in the neighboring rooms, you can hear when people walk past, you can smell cigarettes when someone smokes, the dogs wont stop barking, the door has been kicked in before, the electric outlets are dangling from the wall, the drapes dont cover the windows, the blanket you're provided is actually a drape. The bathroom ceiling is caving in. The towels are visibly stained. This is the absolute rock bottom. This place is only viable if homelessness is your only other option.
