I absolutely really enjoy staying here. It is exceptionally clean. Always clean linens, extremely quiet. It's just very relaxing

Super Clean rooms and the best rates for the money. If you find a cheaper room in the Fredericksburg area, you probably will regret it. Smoking rooms are available too.

The room was disgusting!!! There were cigarette holes on everything, the rooms smelled horrible, the water was cold and furniture was broken. I asked for another room and they refused and said they couldn't re-rent the room for the night because we were in it! Total waste of money. The staff was rude from the beginning, never recieved a new room or a refund. Total waste of money! Will never stay there again!
