Been here twice now. They're doing an amazing carryout and delivery business and offer 10% off when you do so. Dine-in was nice and peaceful. Good food.

I am writing this email to let you know that as a Choice Rewards member I will NEVER give Choice Hotels my business again. On Dec 27 I paid for one night for a friend who is homeless and struggling just to drop her off last night and find out 10 minutes later your employees at Sleep Inn put her out on the street! Both of our ids were taken at check inn an nothing was said about her not being allowed to stay on your property . She is finding herself in this predicament due to her ex physically assaulting her. He is currently in jail for strangulation. And when I tried to call to get info about the situation I was hung up on when the phone was finally answered! I have never been to a more unprofessional business in my life. And then they took an extra 100$ for her smoking in the room! She lit a cigarette forgetting it was a non smoking hotel and put it out immediately. I certainly don’t think this warrants a 100$ fine. It’s utterly ridiculous how you people treat the homeless in the community. I will make sure via social media that everyone I know is aware of this extremely unpleasant experience I had with your hotel. And again I will never be a return customer to Choice ever again!! This is also being reported to corporate.

This was the worse sleep inn we have ever been too. The bathroom floor was wet. No face cloths. Room smelled like fried food. Could hear conversations in the next room till after midnight and their child cried half the night. No batteries in the TV remote. We make it a point to use the Choice inn hotels. Usually have a good experience but not this time. Will have to rethink this ...

Arrived in my room around 11 PMnThere was toilet paper in the toilet, trash in the trash can, the tv and the tonite did not work. The room phone also didn’t work. $68... for a room I felt wasn’t clean nor sanitary. I slept on top of the bed, fully clothed, using my polar vest to cover me. The man upstairs had to weigh 300 lbs plus. I felt the creaking floor was going to collapse on me. He kept throwing things around. Banging things. I realized around 2 AM I was pretty sure he had been abusing some woman. She began choking/ coughing that went on for 1/2 hour. I heard him apologize. Finally at 3:00 it was quiet.nI Left at 7:30 AM

Stayed 1 night, lady at counter couldn't figure out how to check me in, although the room was already paid for! She charged my card 3 times, way more than what it was supposed to cost. It'll take over a week to get it refunded. The fridge was tiny and froze everything. The Internet connection was so slow it wouldn't even fully connect! With that high of a nightly rate stay somewhere else!
