Very nice people who work there the room was very clean love that there is a kitchen in the room will definitely come back

My co-worker and I stayed for 18 days for a certification course to be a dog trainer back in March 2020. Those 18 days I felt safe there. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. If you needed anything they were fast to help. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone I know that is staying in FXBG.

Very clean spacious rooms, friendly staff

Thoroughly disappointed in every way. They won’t even refund fraudulent charges when we were charged for not even staying there. My fiancé, myself, and our children stayed in this hotel while he was working construction. Upon the arrival of myself and the children (a few weeks after my fiancé had arrived there for work purposes), the on-site manager was quick to complain about the children being in an upstairs room and moved us to a room downstairs which cost us more money. So in an effort to get us out of this hotel, save us money, and give us more space, we started searching for other accommodations. We quickly found new homes being constructed and purchased one and continued our stay during the construction of our home. The on-site manager was well aware of our purchase and of the date in which we would be leaving the establishment. The on-site manager even went so far as to show disgust for us purchasing a home with an HOA and expressed that she had difficulties with her HOA when she owned her home and sarcastically wished us luck with our purchase. During our stay, we had been paying a rate that was established with my fiancé’s company on a weekly basis. Upon him arriving on a Monday night to again notify the on-site manager that we had vacated the property and to ensure that we wouldn’t be charged again (which our weekly charge had been every Tuesday), she informed my fiancé that she had already charged us for the entire week and that they do not issue refunds. So we were charged $455 for a week stay when we weren’t staying there. Because the bank deemed it a small claims matter, they did not issue us a refund. Upon trying to reach the owner, our calls were not answered. I have now reached out to corporate prior to filing a claim in small claims court. I don’t know what land that this on-site manager has come from, but I am fairly sure that in the United States, they can not just assume that we are continuing our stay and charge us on any day of the week that they choose to do so and then refuse to issue refunds when we are not using the property.
